Mansion

The Stevens Estate and surrounding grounds provide the perfect setting for a variety of functions. The Main House features formal rooms furnished with rich oak paneling, leaded glass and imported marble fireplaces. The floorplan includes a large function room that can seat up to 100 guests and a tented terrace seating up to 220 guests. The double parlor, music room and small dining room accommodate more intimate gatherings. Additionally, guests may stay overnight in our elegant guest rooms with period details.

Carriage House

The Carriage House lawn offers open space for auctions or other outdoor events. In addition to the large tented terrace, we offer a small tent near the pool ideal for summer outings and barbeques.

Grounds

The grounds include an in-ground pool, bocce, horseshoe and volleyball courts, and beautiful woodland trails.
